The 2018-19 Links Scholarship application is now open. The scholarship is for African American high school seniors and other persons of African ancestry who exemplify academic excellence and exhibit leadership potential in the Sacramento Region.  Please encourage students to visit our website at to apply online. The scholarship deadline is January 25, 2019.
